    Electronics Technician –** **Soldering Required

    Pay Rate:

    + $18–$21/hour – for candidates with 1–4 years of assembly/soldering experience

    + $21–$22/hour – for candidates with 2–4 years of experience and a 2-year degree in electronics

     

    Adecco is partnering with a client in Patterson, NY to recruit for an Electronics Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected manufacturer in the electronics industry. If you have hands-on experience in soldering and electronic assembly, this could be the perfect role for you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform soldering and electronic assembly on small, detailed components

    + Use small hand tools to assemble and build products

    + Interpret CAD drawings and follow written work instructions accurately

    + Ensure all products meet quality standards through attention to detail

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    + Open to cross-training on various units and expanding technical skill sets

    + Work independently and meet daily production deadlines

    Qualifications:

    + Soldering and electronics assembly experience is required

    + 1–4 years of relevant assembly/soldering experience; OR

    + 2–4 years of experience with a 2-year degree in electronics

    + Comfortable working with small components and intricate assemblies

    + Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings

    + Strong punctuality, work ethic, and ability to multi-task

    Work Schedule:

    + **Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    + **Overtime** may be available based on business needs

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
