    Job Title: Clerk

    **Job Type:** Full-Time

    **Compensation:** $18.50 - $ 19.50

    **Schedule:** 4:300am – 4:30pm/4:30pm-4:00am Sunday-Tuesday and Thursday-Saturday (Rotating Wednesday both Shift)

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Warehouse Associate with team leadership experience to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that involves all aspects of warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, shipping, and receiving inventory

    + Utilize technology and warehouse systems efficiently (tech-savvy skills required)

    + Lead and support a team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

    + Train new employees and assist with onboarding in a fast-paced environment

    + Problem-solve and resolve operational issues as they arise

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Work comfortably in a non-climate-controlled environment

    + Stand, walk, and be physically active for the majority of your shift

    Requirements:

    + Prior experience in a warehouse environment

    + Team lead or supervisory experience is required

    + Strong communication skills; personable and approachable

    + Comfortable using technology and learning new systems

    + Ability to work independently and with a team

    + Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

    + Physically fit and able to lift/move items as required

    Work Environment:

    + Non-climate-controlled warehouse

    + Active, on-your-feet work throughout the day

    **Pay Details:** $18.50 to $19.50 per hour
