**Adecco** is seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to play a crucial role in ensuring every customer experience is outstanding from start to finish. You’ll be the key point of contact, connecting with customers, business partners, and drivers to make sure we deliver on our promises.
+ **Pay Rate** : $ 19.00/hr
+ **Shift** : Monday – Saturday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Wednesday off)
+ **Location:** On-site in Ontario, CA
+ **Type:** Temp to hire
Responsibilities:
+ Communicate effectively with customers and business partners via telephone and email.
+ Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a calm, professional manner.
+ Quickly diagnose, assess, and resolve issues related to orders and deliveries.
+ Monitor the progress of delivery routes and keep all parties informed.
+ Process operational tasks, including scanning haul-away pods, verifying stamps, and handling order changes or cancellations..
Qualifications:
+ Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)..
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 1+ year of related experience, preferably in a call center environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.
+ Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
+ Ability to thrive under pressure while consistently delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
