    Olsten Staffing is Hiring for a Tier 1 Help Desk Associate in Florence, SC!

    Olsten Staffing is seeking a **Tier 1 Help Desk Associate** to join our **dynamic team** in **Florence, South Carolina!**

     

    As a Tier 1 Help Desk Associate, you'll be the **first line of support** , delivering top-notch service to our customers. With your **troubleshooting expertise** and **call center experience** , you'll help resolve technical issues and ensure every client receives the best experience possible.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inbound calls and emails.

     

    Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions over the phone or through chat.

     

    Document and track support cases in our system.

     

    Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues as needed.

     

    Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude at all times.

     

    Call Center experience & troubleshooting printers is a plus

    Some IT knowledge is preferred but not required

    **Schedule:** Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    **Pay Rate:** $18-$20/hour (based on experience)

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
