    + **Pay:** $ 59.37/hr

    + **Shift/Hours:** Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

     

    The main function of a Business Analyst 4 is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget. The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a liaison between CELA and sourcing managers, helping CELA navigate contract workflows within ICertis and ensuring alignment across teams.

    • Support ad hoc tasks on behalf of CELA, including communicating with sourcing and engineering groups during contract review and execution, while leveraging a working knowledge of ICertis functionality and limitations.

    • Operate under CELA’s direction to facilitate a smooth contract intake-to-approval process, using familiarity with the ICertis platform to ensure timely progression and compliance with established procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is preferred

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Sharepoint, Word

    • Detail oriented, meticulous and responsive.

    • Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

    • Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

    • Strong ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.

    • Strong ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.

    • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus.

    **Pay Details:** $59.37 per hour
