    **Pay:** $24–$29/hour

    **Type:** Temp-to-Hire

    Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Allenton, WI. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term growth. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruiting cycle, with a particular focus on CDL-A driver recruitment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions

    + Post and manage job advertisements across multiple job boards and platforms

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

    + Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers

    + Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings

    + Assist with onboarding and pre-employment processes as needed

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 6 months of recruiting experience

    + Experience recruiting CDL-A drivers or similar transportation roles preferred

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

    Schedule:

    Full-time, onsite in Allenton, WI

    Compensation:

    $25–$29 per hour, depending on experience

    **Pay Details:** $24.00 to $29.00 per hour
