Office Administrative Support (Part-Time)

**Pay Rate:** $13.75 – $14.00 per hour
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
**Duration:** Short-term, temporary assignment
We are seeking an **energetic, responsible, dependable, and organized** Temporary Part-Time Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a **short-term role** ideal for someone looking to gain experience or earn extra income in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls
+ Perform general clerical duties such as printing, emailing, and faxing
+ Receive and process work orders from residents
+ Assist with delivering notices as needed
+ Support office staff with additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, and Outlook)
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
+ Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
**Pay Details:** $13.75 to $14.00 per hour
