Olsten Staffing is Hiring for a Machine Operator in Hemingway, SC!

Ready to roll up your sleeves and learn a **unique manufacturing process** from the ground up? Olsten Staffing is looking for **mechanically inclined, hands-on individuals** who are eager to train, grow, and master the full operation of a **specialized winding machine** !

What You'll Do:

This isn't just another machine operator job - it's a chance to **learn an entire process step by step** and grow into a skilled technician!

Here's what your journey will look like:

+ Start by learning the **basics of the winding machine** and how each part of the process connects

+ Learn how to **hang and take down the paper rolls** that feed through the winding machine

+ Eventually move into operating the **full winding process** , including **breaking down and reassembling the machine** to ensure everything is aligned and running smoothly

+ Follow detailed instructions, apply feedback, and maintain a positive, safety-first mindset

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Possible Friday "catch-up" days depending on production and downtime

Pay:

$14-$16/hr BOE

**Pay Details:** $14.00 to $16.00 per hour
