Adecco is currently seeking to add a 2nd shift **Trouble Desk Clerk** to support the ROSS Distribution Center in Buckeye, AZ by managing and resolving merchandise processing issues. This role involves coordinating with teams up to the VP level, researching and troubleshooting concerns using Ross systems, and ensuring smooth communication between the DC and NY Trouble Desk.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Monitor and manage reported issues via the Trouble Tracker Report.
+ Communicate resolutions to DC associates and NY Trouble Desk.
+ Provide top-notch internal and external customer service.
+ Research and resolve merchandise processing issues using Ross applications.
+ Identify recurring problems and escalate as needed.
+ Collaborate with departments like Transportation and IC/QA on misrouted freight, RTVs, and shipping issues.
+ Track and follow up on open trouble cases to meet department goals.
+ Assist with special requests, including documentation and validation tasks.
+ Able to train in 1st shift until February 2026 , then transition permanently to 2nd shift ( 2pm -10pm)
What You Bring:
+ Minimum 1 year of distribution experience.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to type 50 WPM.
+ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
Work Environment:
+ Warehouse and office setting.
+ Requires computer use, standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 10 lbs).

**Pay Details:** $20.48 to $21.48 per hour
