Machine Operator I - Florence, SC
**Hours:** Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
**Pay Rate:** $ 16.87/hour
About the Role
Olsten Staffing is seeking a reliable **Machine Operator I** to join a leading manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures.
+ Load raw materials and monitor controls to ensure products meet specifications.
+ Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality standards.
+ Maintain smooth workflow and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.
+ Read and interpret production orders, reports, and complete required documentation.
+ Recognize and correct machine malfunctions quickly and safely.
Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED (required).
+ Strong reading, math, and mechanical aptitude skills.
+ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
+ Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
+ Prior experience in manufacturing or production preferred.

**Pay Details:** $16.87 per hour
