Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Executive Assistant positions in New York, NY. Perks:
+ Shift: M–F 9am–5pm, plus OT as needed

Responsibilities:
+ Provide confidential administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
+ Communicate with executive and line management to gather and convey relevant information
+ Manage travel planning and scheduling to maximize executive efficiency
+ Liaise with external groups to coordinate meetings and events involving the executive
Requirements:
+ 5+ years of administrative/business support experience, including high-level executive support
+ Proficiency in Concur and Salesforce systems
+ Advanced skills in Outlook and other MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Familiarity with communications platforms such as Zoom, Webex, and Microsoft Teams
+ Strong attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities, and polished communication skills

**Pay Details:** $44.45 per hour
