    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Order Entry Clerk to join our team in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position within the manufacturing industry, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to efficient order management and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will excel in data accuracy, customer service, and coordination with various departments to ensure seamless operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Input and process customer orders with precision using the company’s order management system.

    • Verify details such as pricing, product availability, and shipping information to ensure accuracy.

    • Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to resolve order discrepancies and issues.

    • Monitor order statuses and proactively update customers on shipment progress.

    • Collaborate with logistics providers to schedule and ensure timely delivery of products.

    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to order changes, cancellations, or returns.

    • Maintain organized records of order transactions, customer communications, and related documentation.

    • Generate reports on order statuses and customer interactions to support business needs.

    • Identify and suggest improvements to streamline order management processes.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards during all order management activities. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in order entry or a related role.

    • Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with order processing systems.

    • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

    • Ability to coordinate effectively across departments and resolve issues efficiently.

    • Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and reporting.
