Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists who are skilled in the setup and operation of CNC machinery. This role involves working with various types of machinery, primarily B-axis, Z turns, Space Turns, and VF3. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with machinery that requires 80-120 tool part changes and will have experience with tight tolerances, preferably within the aerospace industry.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and operate CNC machinery, including Moriseiki, Fanuc, Okuma, and Haas.
+ Work with machinery types such as B-axis, Z turns, Space Turns, and VF3.
+ Manage machines with 80-120 tool part changes.
+ Ensure adherence to tight tolerances.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in operating lathe, mill, and CNC machines.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with setup processes for CNC machinery.
+ 8+ years of machining experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred.

Work Environment
The team consists of about 95 members, working in an air-conditioned machine shop, with some areas being non-air-conditioned, such as the foundry.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
