    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator responsible for managing either a manual machine or a manual manufacturing process. The role involves ensuring the production of quality products efficiently to meet market demand.

    Responsibilities

    + Manufacture sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs to meet marketplace demand.

    + Set up equipment operation feed, speed, and temperature following established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC manufacturing equipment.

    + Select and measure raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.

    + Resolve issues related to production, machinery, processing, and/or packaging operations.

    + Operate within the Manufacturing/Operations Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in manufacturing, handling hand and power tools, and machine operation.

    + Proficiency in CNC programming and machining.

    + Experience with CNC, lathe, mill, machining, calipers, CNC mill, CNC lathe, micrometer, programming, manual, Fanuc, Haas, tooling, axis, Mazak, and milling.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

    + Prior relevant training or work experience.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is climate-controlled, offering comfort during shifts. The position includes 2nd and 3rd shifts, with 2nd shift running from 3pm-11:30pm and 3rd shift from 11pm-7:30am. Initial training will take place on the 1st shift for approximately 3-6 weeks.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, Arkansas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
