    Job Description

    We are seeking a dependable and motivated Test Technician to support our board testing process. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, detail-oriented, a team player, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role involves operating test equipment, documenting results, and assisting with board-level testing and cleaning tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate test equipment and Windows-based computer systems to perform board-level testing.

    + Follow detailed instructions, standard operating procedures, and checklists consistently.

    + Perform basic cleaning, inspection, and preparation of electronic boards before testing.

    + Document test results, anomalies, and production data clearly and accurately.

    + Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when needed.

    + Maintain cleanliness and order in the testing area.

    + Use time efficiently and remain focused during repetitive or structured tasks.

    + Lift and move components or equipment up to 20 pounds safely.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in operating electrical test equipment and troubleshooting.

    + Basic computer proficiency, including Windows OS, Excel forms, and PDF viewers.

    + Ability to follow step-by-step procedures and document work clearly.

    + Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.

    + Willingness to learn new tools, test procedures, and technical concepts.

    + High attention to detail, patience, and accountability.

    Work Environment

    This position is set in a manufacturing environment, requiring standing or sitting for extended periods. The role involves handling components or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds safely.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Nevada.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.50/hr.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Carson City,NV.
