Entry Level Machine Operator: $21-$24/hr! ****5:30 PM-4:00 AM! NO INTERVIEW REQUIRED

Responsibilities

+ **Load and set up parts in the machine for processing.**

+ **Inspect parts for quality as orders are being processed.**

+ **Set up and operate electro-discharge machines (EDMs).**

+ **Perform quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.**

+ **Interpret blueprints and drawings.**

+ **Troubleshoot and fix defects with machinery.**

+ **Prepare various logs and records to document machine operation and daily production.**

+ **Set up and switch jobs as required, with training provided.**

+ **Maintain a production efficiency of more than 98% daily, ensuring high quality to minimize scrapping parts.**

Essential Skills

+ **Basic computer skills.**

+ **Mechanical aptitude.**

+ **Experience in CNC or other metal machine operations.**

+ **Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, and other measurement devices and tools.**

Work Environment

The role is based in a production facility with over 150 EDM machines, most areas are temperature-controlled. The work involves confined spaces and requires the ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds. The noise level may be loud, and personal protective equipment is mandatory.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
