    •** **What You’ll Do

    + Set up and operate production equipment alongside machine operators

    + Monitor machines to ensure consistent quality and output

    + Load raw materials and remove finished goods from production lines

    + Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance

    + Inspect products for defects and report issues

    + Maintain accurate production records

    + Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

    + Operate machinery including extruders, laminators, presses, and slitters

    + Support additional production tasks as needed

    •️** **What You Bring

    + Experience in industrial environments and machine operations

    + Basic computer and math skills

    + Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work well in a team

    + Familiarity with hand tools, mechanical skills, and forklift operation

    + Willingness to learn clamp truck operation (training provided)

    + A track record of learning and adapting to new technologies

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

    classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
