Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious **Manufacturing Technician** to support plant operations in a dynamic production environment. This role involves monitoring equipment, managing chemical processes, conducting quality control, and performing preventive maintenance. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and experience in machine operation within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

+ Monitor process parameters, alarms, and equipment status; adjust settings for optimal performance

+ Operate machinery and oversee plant operations using Distributed Control Systems (DCS)

+ Conduct quality control by collecting samples and ensuring timely delivery to the lab

+ Handle chemicals safely, perform dosing, and maintain accurate fill levels based on production needs

+ Perform preventive maintenance on field equipment and report any compliance concerns

+ Follow all plant safety procedures, especially when working with hazardous materials or high-temperature equipment

Essential Skills

+ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

+ 2+ years of production experience

+ 2+ years of machine operating experience

+ Proficiency with hand tools

+ Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces

+ Ability to routinely lift up to 75 lbs

Work Environment

+ 12-hour rotating shifts: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM

+ Climate-controlled facility with indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions

+ Exposure to chemicals, pressurized steam, dust, heat, noise, and fumes

+ PPE required: steel-toed boots, hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection

+ Casual dress code; uniforms provided after onboarding

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
