    Job Title: Diesel Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team of professionals dedicated to maintaining and repairing medium- and heavy-duty diesel vehicles. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience, diagnostic expertise, and a commitment to quality workmanship in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

    + Conduct preventative maintenance and services.

    + Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to service advisors.

    + Ensure compliance with safety requirements.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of diesel, automotive, or mechanical experience from another industry.

    + Proficiency with diagnostic tools along with mechanical and electrical tools for testing and repairs.

    + Proficient understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Diesel or Automotive Engine Diagnostics and Repair.

    + Welding - Stick or MIG for rebuilding underbody or frames.

    + Electrical understanding for schematics.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Georgia.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $37.00/hr.
