Job Title: Warehouse Worker 1ST / 2ND SHIFT HIRIING NOW
Job Description
Join a dynamic distribution company specializing in the manufacturing of automotive parts as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Worker. This long-term position is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of shipping and receiving processes within the warehouse.
Responsibilities
+ Receive, restock, and manage inventory, dispatch, and overstock efficiently.
+ Load and unload materials from trucks with accuracy.
+ Break down boxes and package items for shipment.
+ Use order rolling stairs, pickers, and RF scanners to fulfill orders.
+ Assist Warehouse Supervisors as needed.
+ Pick orders using rolling stairs to reach materials for the automotive industry, with stairs ranging from 7 to 15 steps long.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in using RF scanners and pickers.
+ Experience in packaging and pallet jack operations.
+ Ability to handle shipping and receiving tasks effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds.
+ Comfortable utilizing rolling safety ladders and occasionally a 15-foot stair ladder.
+ Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
+ Ability to stand, walk, sit, push, pull, and reach with hands and arms.
+ Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or squat.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
The work environment is typically loud due to running forklifts and machinery. The 2nd shift runs from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with mandatory overtime up to 2 hours daily and occasional Saturdays. Employees are required to wear plain shirts, jeans without holes, and closed-toed shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brea, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
