• Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Food Distribution

• Location: Prince George, Virginia, 23875

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Schedule Options:

+ **Day Shift:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | **$15.00/hr**

+ Responsibilities: Unload trucks manually and with pallet jacks. Handle approximately 1,300 cases daily from Puerto Rico.

+ Overtime: Minimal

+ **Night Shift:** Sunday–Thursday, 5:00 PM – Finish | **$15.50/hr**

+ Special Pay: Work 20+ hours/week and get paid for 40 hours!

+ Responsibilities: Pick orders, load delivery trucks (6+ trucks nightly) for routes to North Carolina and South Carolina.

• Key Responsibilities:

+ Unload inbound shipments using manual labor and pallet jacks

+ Pick and stage outbound orders accurately

+ Load trucks efficiently for timely deliveries

+ Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

+ Follow safety protocols and operational procedures

•️ Required Skills:

+ General labor experience in a warehouse setting

+ Proficient in loading/unloading trucks

+ Skilled in using pallet jacks

+ Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and material handling

• Qualifications:

+ Intermediate-level warehouse experience preferred

+ Ability to lift and move heavy items consistently

+ Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
