Job Title: Warehouse Worker

WAGE: $16.00 hr

• 2nd Shift Differential: $0.50 hr

• 3rd Shift Differential: $1.00 hr

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will be actively engaged in a fast-paced environment. You will spend your entire shift on your feet, working with handheld RF scan guns to enter and code essential information for work order part numbers. This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn and who have at least six months of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

+ Operate handheld RF scan guns to manage work order information.

+ Ensure accurate entry and coding of part numbers.

+ Perform duties in a large, non-climate-controlled warehouse.

+ Remain on your feet for full 8+ hour shifts, often on concrete.

+ Push, pull, and lift at least 40lbs as part of regular tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of six months experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.

+ Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).

+ Proficiency in shipping, receiving, general labor, sorting, picker/packer tasks, RF scanning, and inventory control.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to pass a math and matching numbers test with a score of 70% or higher.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.50/hr.
