Job Title: Production Associate

3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Associates who will be cross-trained in both Assembly and Molding Operator roles. Candidates will be exposed to a variety of tasks and will not be limited to a single job function each week. The primary responsibilities include assembly work to create parts for the automotive and medical industry, with notable clients such as Tesla, GM, and Ford. Additionally, candidates will perform light manufacturing and machine operation tasks.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble automotive and medical components

+ Operate machines and perform light manufacturing

+ Inspect molded products and document defects

+ Sort materials and complete quality documentation

+ Work independently with minimal supervision

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production, packing, inspection, or assembly

+ Ability to follow instructions and operate machinery

+ Strong attention to detail and color recognition

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Emigsville, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.50/hr.
