**Location:** West Palm Beach, FL

**Job Type:** Contract-to-Hire

Shifts:

+ **Training:** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (First day starts at 8:30 AM)

+ **1st Shift:** 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

+ **2nd Shift:** 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (after training)

+ **Work Environment:** Clean, air-conditioned facility

Are you good with your hands and enjoy building things? We’re looking for **motivated individuals** to join our team as **Cable Assemblers** . No formal experience? No problem! If you have a knack for working with tools and a strong attention to detail, we’ll train you.

What You’ll Do:

+ Assemble and label cable harnesses using hand tools

+ Follow detailed instructions to complete electrical and mechanical assemblies

+ Inspect your work to ensure quality and accuracy

+ Collaborate with your team to meet production goals

+ Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We’re Looking For:

+ 6+ months of experience with hand tools or small parts assembly (preferred)

+ Comfortable working with wires, crimping tools, and heat guns

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

+ High school diploma or equivalent

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
