Job Title: Production Operator
Job Description
As a Production Operator, you will utilize hand tools and various machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies used across multiple fields. You will employ hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches, while also operating production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller components. Conducting quality checks on your work before proceeding to the next steps is a crucial part of this role. You will also use computers to access step-by-step assembly instructions, requiring the ability to log into multiple programs simultaneously. Familiarity with basic computer usage will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
+ Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools and machinery.
+ Perform quality checks on assembled products before moving to the next steps.
+ Operate production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller components.
+ Utilize computers to access and follow step-by-step assembly instructions.
+ Log into multiple computer programs simultaneously to retrieve instructions.
Essential Skills
+ Basic computer operation skills.
+ Experience in production and assembly.
+ Familiarity with hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1 year of assembly experience preferred.
+ 1-2 years of soldering experience can lead to higher starting pay.
+ Picking and packaging experience is helpful.
+ Experience in customer service is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr.
