    Operator Job Description:

    + Operate equipment used in the preparation, mixing, processing, finishing, and packaging of products.

    + Monitor, record, and evaluate equipment performance.

    + Ensure Food and Human Safety are the top priorities and partner with the team to identify and eliminate risks.

    + Notify maintenance staff of complex adjustments or operational problems that require attention.

    + Train fellow and new associates on equipment operation and processes.

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production line and work areas.

    + Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training.

    + Comply with all GMPs for food safety and quality.

    + Support quality management systems, continuous improvement programs, and preventative maintenance programs.

    + Communicate effectively with other production operators and management.

    + Participate in PPE initiatives and review completed process paperwork for accuracy.

    + Maintain and update shift reports in response to production needs.

     

    Hours: Sunday-Friday 10pm-6:30am

     

    Salary: $52,600/year

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.
