Join a team that builds the future of safety technology. As a Production Assembler, you’ll help craft high-performance gas and flame detection sensors that protect lives and property worldwide.

• What You’ll Do

+ Read and interpret assembly prints, BOMs, ECOs, and process documentation

+ Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand tools and specialized equipment

+ Perform hand soldering, apply adhesives/chemicals, and conduct electronic testing

+ Operate torque wrenches, microscopes, and computer workstations for testing and documentation

+ Conduct quality inspections to ensure product excellence

+ Adapt to evolving manufacturing technologies and processes

+ Safely lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis

• What You Bring

+ Proficiency with hand tools, soldering, and small part assembly

+ Experience using torque wrenches, wiring components, and working under microscopes

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)

+ JSTD certification (highly preferred)

+ Prior experience with PCB or small part assembly (a plus)

• Work Environment

+ Hiring for both 1st and 2nd shifts:

+ **1st Shift:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

+ **2nd Shift:** Monday–Friday, 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM

+ Provided: Smocks and safety glasses

+ Not provided: Safety toe shoes

+ Large production area with multiple sensor technology lines

+ Some areas may have a strong epoxy smell

+ Placement based on your strengths and preferences

• Pay & Benefits

**Hourly Pay:** $20.00 – $22.00/hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
