    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality products. You will manage machine operation, product packaging, equipment inspection, and preventive maintenance while maintaining a clean production area. Communication with other operators, quality technicians, and supervisors is essential to ensure smooth processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate state-of-the-art equipment that processes and packages beverages in cans and bottles.

    + Collaborate with others to produce quality products that meet customer needs.

    + Troubleshoot equipment and work with the team to eliminate manufacturing inefficiencies.

    + Change over and adjust equipment between production runs.

    + Accurately create and manage inventory in an inventory management system.

    + Operate a forklift or pallet jack to move pallets of raw materials.

    + Ensure plant and equipment sanitation.

    + Assist with performing quality checks on products.

    + Maintain a clean and organized area.

    + Attend production meetings and complete necessary paperwork.

    + Troubleshoot and communicate process or equipment issues.

    + Utilize computer skills to operate ERP system and other necessary programs.

    + Assist in other parts of the facility as needed.

    + Follow food safety/regulatory policies and procedures and report concerns to Production or Quality Manager.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of machine operating experience in a production environment.

    + Ability to frequently lift up to 60 lbs.

    + Experience with troubleshooting, machine setup, and tool changes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Prior food production experience preferred.

    + General labor, mixing, production, food handling, batching, calipers, assembly, inspection.

    + Proficiency with hand and power tools, forklift operation, and computer skills.

    Work in a state-of-the-art facility built in 2018, featuring virtually brand-new machines, forklifts, and conveyors. The facility is well-lit, clean, and offers a positive environment. The shift operates on a 2-2-3 schedule

    This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $47236.00 - $47236.00/yr.

     

    Direct Hire. 3 weeks Paid Vacation. Benefits Good advancement potential

    This is a fully onsite position in Neenah,WI.
