    Job Description

    As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the operation of large machines, including tooling and dies, forming machines for screws and bolts, as well as screw, tapping, and drill machinery. You will perform part checks to ensure quality requirements are met using necessary gauges and visual inspections, assist in pulling tools during set-up, and record statistical process control data into Plex. Wire-up activities, completing maintenance inspection sheets, and performing basic mathematical calculations are also part of the role.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate large machines, including tooling and dies.

    + Manage forming machines that produce screws and bolts.

    + Operate screw, tapping, and drill machinery.

    + Perform part checks and ensure quality requirements are met using gauges and visual inspections.

    + Assist in the process of pulling tools during set-up.

    + Record statistical process control data into Plex.

    + Perform wire-up activities.

    + Complete maintenance inspection sheets as required.

    + Perform basic mathematical calculations.

    + Follow and understand written and verbal instructions.

    + Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and written instructions.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $19.75/hr.
