    + Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed

    + Create and process **purchase orders** with attention to detail

    + Maintain and update **inventory control systems** to ensure optimal stock levels

    + Utilize **QuickBooks** for tracking and reconciling transactions

    + Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries

    + Juggle multiple tasks while keeping operations running like clockwork

    + Proven experience in **shipping & receiving operations**

    + Proficiency in **QuickBooks** and inventory management software

    + Strong understanding of **purchase order creation and processing**
