Now Hiring: 1st Shift MIG Welder – $23–$24/hr

**Location:** Chattanooga, TN - Downtown area

**Schedule:** 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with potential for 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM)

**Availability:** Some Saturdays required

**Pay:** $23–$24 per hour, based on experience

About the Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented MIG Welder to join our production team on 1st shift. If you have experience working with 20-gauge material and take pride in precision finish welding and tacking, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform MIG welding on 20-gauge sheet metal with accuracy and consistency

+ Execute finish welding and tacking to meet quality standards

+ Inspect welds for quality and adherence to specifications

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience in MIG welding

+ Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

+ Ability to work early morning shifts and occasional Saturdays

+ Familiarity with welding safety protocols and PPE

+ Welding certification preferred but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
