    Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to record maintenance repair activities, work with PLCs, CNCs, and Multi-Access Robots, and use basic test equipment for troubleshooting and repairs. You will be responsible for maintaining plant machinery such as lathes, mills, welding equipment, and automated assembly lines. A fundamental understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics is required to efficiently solve problems and reduce downtime. A commitment to safety, quality, and effective team communication is essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Record maintenance repair activities in a computer-based maintenance management system.

    + Work with PLCs, CNCs, and Multi-Access Robots daily.

    + Use basic test equipment such as multi-meters and hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems.

    + Repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment, including lathes, mills, welding and brazing equipment, presses, and automated assembly lines.

    + Understand electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, as well as mechanical drawings, to solve problems promptly.

    + Strive to reduce downtime by performing countermeasures aimed at root cause analysis.

    Essential Skills

    + 2-4 years of experience in a production maintenance environment.

    + Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting with experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, motors, bearings, robotics, and CNC equipment.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    + Basic knowledge of mathematics and trigonometry.

    + Ability to create standard operating procedures.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Associates degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

    + Eagerness to learn and engage with training and development programs.

    + Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    Work Environment

     

    Our work environment is clean, safe, and climate-controlled. You'll work with advanced equipment such as CNC machines, robotic welders, multi-access robots, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Training hubs are available for hands-on learning with equipment off the manufacturing floor.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr.
