    •** **What You’ll Do

    + Achieve daily shipping and warehouse goals.

    + Lead by example with a positive and supportive attitude.

    + Schedule inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.

    + Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective distribution practices.

    + Store and ship inventory per stock rotation policies.

    + Train new employees, including forklift certification.

    + Champion continuous improvement initiatives.

    + Provide real-time feedback to team members.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned.

    •** **What You Bring

    + Proficiency in inventory systems and RF scanners.

    + Forklift operation and material handling experience.

    + SAP knowledge for inventory control and shipping/receiving.

    + Ability to operate a pallet jack.

    •** **Bonus Skills

    + Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and SAP.

    + Excellent math, organization, and communication skills.

    + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

    + Self-motivated and able to work independently.

    •** **Work Environment

    + 12-hour **day shifts** : 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    + **Schedule:** 4 days on / 4 days off

    + Safety-focused environment with forklifts, pallet jacks, and GMP practices.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
