    Job Title: Forklift Operator ($19/hr.)

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to efficiently manage the movement of goods in our distribution center. This role involves operating forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload products, ensuring the smooth flow of operations.

    Shift:

    12:30pm - 8:30pm

    Responsibilities

    + Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload products.

    + Efficiently sort, handle, and load palletized freight.

    + Secure freight inside trailers using tools and supplies.

    + Verify and complete all necessary documentation and reports.

    + Engage in frequent contact with service personnel.

    + Load and unload trailers.

    + Lift freight and other objects up to 50 lbs.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in forklift operation.

    + Dock work experience.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Capability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.

    + Strong team-oriented mindset.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in general labor, loading, and unloading.

    + Knowledge of assembly, inspection, and packaging.

    + Proficiency with RF scanners and dock stockers.

    + Experience in inventory management, order picking, and warehouse packing.

    + Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and labeling processes.

    Work Environment

     

    Our work environment is a clean and organized distribution center. When not at the facility, you will be riding alongside a driver, assisting with various tasks throughout the facility. The role requires working in a non-temperature-controlled environment.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berea, Ohio.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
