    Production Worker

    **Location:** Cockeysville, MD

    **Pay Rate:** $15.50/hour

    **Job Type:** Seasonal Contract (Potential for Extension Based on Performance)

    Position Overview

    We’re seeking motivated **Production Workers** to join our team in a fast-paced, climate-controlled facility. You’ll play a key role in assembling high-quality photo gifts such as photo books and cubes. This is an excellent opportunity to earn extra income during the holiday season, with the possibility of continued employment for top performers.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assemble custom photo products, including photo books, cubes, and other gift items.

    + Stand for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks.

    + Lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds.

    + Apply basic math and measurement skills to ensure product accuracy and quality.

    Qualifications

    + **Preferred:** 6 months of experience in a warehouse or production environment.

    + **Open to Entry-Level Candidates:** Training will be provided.

    + Experience in picking, packing, general labor, or warehouse operations is a plus.

    + Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.

    Work Environment

    + Clean, climate-controlled production facility equipped with industrial printers.

    + Collaborate with a team to fulfill large-scale contracts for well-known brands.

    + Flexible scheduling options:

    + **Full-time shifts:** Monday to Friday with varying start times.

    + **Part-time shifts:** Available in mornings and evenings.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr.
