Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

This position is available for the first shift, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The role requires a dedicated individual who is willing to be on call for maintenance emergencies, ensuring the smooth operation of industrial systems.

Responsibilities

+ Perform industrial maintenance with a focus on electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.

+ Repair equipment such as main motor drives, generators, control panels, delays, controllers, switchboards, circuit breakers, lighting circuits, and resistors.

+ Install, repair, and maintain power transmission lines, transformers, and high-tension substation equipment including disconnects, switchgear, bushings, insulator slings, lightning arrestors, and phase wire grounding equipment.

Essential Skills

+ Proficient in troubleshooting and maintenance techniques.

+ Experience with DC electrical systems, motor circuits, motor control, and three-phase motors.

+ Skilled in bending conduit and performing electrical, conduit, and wiring repairs in an industrial setting.

+ Experience in preventive maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to install and repair conduit, splice and insulate wires and cables, and make splices on hot lines.

+ Capability to analyze circuits and wiring diagrams to modify, service, install, or repair electronic devices and systems.

+ Knowledgeable in handling mill electrical equipment, electronic computing and control systems, power and distribution control equipment, and various measuring, recording, processing, and control devices.

Work Environment

Work in an industrial foundry environment with a three-turn shift system. Daylight shifts are from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, afternoon shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and overnight shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Shift differentials apply for afternoon and overnight shifts. The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to adapt to various conditions and schedules.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Monessen, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
