Millwright Mechanic
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Millwright Mechanic to join our industrial operations team. This role involves hands-on mechanical
and electrical troubleshooting, welding, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial plant environments and will work
closely with the Operations Manager to execute various maintenance and project-based tasks throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting across plant equipment.
•Execute welding tasks and fabrication as needed.
•Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
•Collaborate with the Operations Manager on plant improvement projects.
•Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to equipment failures.
•Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a millwright mechanic in an industrial setting.
•Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
•Welding certification or demonstrated welding experience.
•Experience operating heavy machinery.
•Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type & Location
This is a direct-placement position based out of Charlestown, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Sick time, vacation, holidays, etc.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Charlestown,MA.
