**Job Title:** Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Summerville, SC

**Shift:** 1st & 12 hour

**Compensation:** Competitive hourly rate + Overtime + Full Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance on industrial equipment and systems

+ Troubleshoot and repair programmable logic controllers (PLCs), including ladder logic and input/output devices

+ Diagnose and resolve issues with motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and control systems

+ Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime

+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

+ Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements

+ Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and parts usage

Qualifications:

+ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance (multi-craft preferred)

+ Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)

+ Strong understanding of electrical systems, sensors, VFDs, and HMIs

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume manufacturing environment

+ Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance documentation

+ High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree a plus

+ Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $78000.00/yr.

- 9.58% shift differential once they move onto swing shift (Approximately an extra 3/hr)

- They can test every 6 months to test into higher tech level and get pay increase

- Only non-union smelter facility in the U.S

- 401K matches 6%. Benefits start on Day 1 (Full medical, dental and vision coverage – very competitive benefits and multiple options. You can get full copy during interview)

- $300 tool stipend each year

- All uniforms and PPE are provide by company, including prescription safety glasses

- Free clinic onsite for check ups or any issues that happen during the day

- Quarterly bonus up to 10% of what they have made in total that quarter. This is based on company profitability. They currently are averaging 4-6% per quarter

o Quarter bonus is tied to attendance.

- HUGE on promoting from within. They have a ton of supervisors/managers who have been there for 30-40 years and nearing retirement. This is agreat opportunity for people coming in to train and develop themselves for those roles

- If you work 6 days in a row, on your 6th day you are paid x1.75. If you work 7 days in a row, your 7th day is double pay

- Food trucks onsite every day

- Vacation: Start out immediately at 80 hours. 3 years, 152 hours, 5 years - 175 hours, 10 years - 192 hours, 15 years - 208 hour
