    + Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production running smoothly.

    + Operate machinery safely and consistently to meet production goals.

    + **1+ year of machine operation experience** in a manufacturing or production setting.

    + Confidence in handling changeovers, tooling adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
