    Job Title: Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift, working from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. You will be responsible for efficiently operating a standard sit-down forklift to load and unload trucks.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate a standard sit-down forklift to load and unload trucks.

    + Utilize RF scanners for inventory management.

    + Ensure safe and efficient handling of warehouse operations.

    + Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience with sit-down forklifts.

    + Prior warehouse experience.

    + Experience in loading and unloading tasks.

    + Proficiency in operating RF scanners.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in shipping and receiving is beneficial.

    + Opportunity to join the union after six months.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a clean production facility located in an industrial park in Swedesboro, NJ. Our large facility produces marinades, salad dressings, and BBQ sauces. The building is temperature-controlled but may be affected by weather conditions due to industrial mixers and ovens. Employees must be able to stand for long periods and work in environments exposed to various allergens including milk, egg, mustard, peanuts, fish, sulfites, sesame, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swedesboro, New Jersey.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.88 - $21.88/hr.
