Description
Lead or support complex production and warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, assembly, and inventory control
Train and mentor Associate 1 and 2 team members on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use
Perform quality checks and troubleshoot issues to ensure product accuracy and compliance with specifications
Operate and maintain warehouse systems (e.g., SAP, WMS) for inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and reporting
Coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to meet production goals and resolve material or workflow issues
Support implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices and assist with cycle counts and audits
Promote and uphold a safe work environment through regular safety checks and participation in training

Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications preferred
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environment
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Sphere WMS, LXE)
Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and production workflows
Ability to lead by example, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively in a team setting
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
