    Plant Manager

    Job Description

    The Plant Manager will oversee and manage multiple shifts at a large manufacturing site located in Dallas, TX.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee daily operations of the plant and ensure efficient production processes.

    + Implement continuous improvement and lean manufacturing techniques to optimize plant operations.

    + Coordinate with different departments to ensure the smooth running of production lines.

    + Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

    + Manage and lead a team of 200 production and warehouse staff.

    Essential Skills

    + Continuous improvement

    + Production management

    + Food production experience

    + Preferably experience in meat manufacturing

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced food production environment, preferably in meat manufacturing.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is fast-paced and loud, requiring slip-resistant steel toe shoes. The schedule is from 3 PM to 12 AM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of working 2-3 Saturdays per year.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, Texas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $175000.00/yr.

    This is a fully remote position.
