Job Overview

As an Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality metal roof and wall panels. This hands-on role requires precision, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate roll forming equipment to manufacture panels.

+ Perform quality checks and ensure products meet specifications.

+ Conduct tooling changeovers and equipment adjustments.

+ Program work orders and report daily production and scrap.

+ Safely operate forklifts (training provided).

+ Package finished goods using saws and nail guns.

+ Participate in safety programs and maintain a clean workspace.

+ Support other departments as needed.

Required Skills

+ 6+ months of manufacturing experience.

+ Tape measure proficiency (down to 1/16 inch).

+ 6+ months of machine operating experience (2+ years preferred).

Preferred Experience

+ Familiarity with hand/power tools and machinery such as:

+ Banding saws

+ Nail guns

+ Roll formers

+ Coil slitters

+ Sheet metal shears

+ Powered folders

Work Environment

+ Dynamic production based on daily client orders.

+ Facility includes ~15 production employees.

+ Dress code: jeans, shirt, safety gear (steel-toed boots required).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
