Job Opening: Manufacturing Technician (Entry-Level Welcome!)

This is a **full-time, permanent role** with long-term stability, **overtime opportunities** , and a supportive team environment. If you like working with your hands, building things, and being part of a crew that gets the job done, we want to meet you.

Job Duties

+ Assemble mattress foundations, bed frames, and furniture parts using hand and power tools

+ Follow simple diagrams and instructions to assemble products accurately

+ Check your work to make sure everything looks great and works properly

+ Use basic measuring tools to make sure parts fit just right

+ Keep your workspace clean and organized

+ Help pack and prep finished products for shipping

+ Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear (we’ll provide it)

Qualifications

+ Reliable transportation, as this position is not easily accessible by public transport.

+ Experience using hand or power tools (even if it’s just from home projects or school)

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

+ Good eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility

+ Willingness to work overtime when needed

Work Environment & Schedule

+ Fast-paced production floor with sewing and quilting machines nearby

+ You’ll be on your feet, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day

+ Dress code: steel toe boots, jeans or work pants, and a t-shirt (we’ll provide extra safety gear)

+ **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

+ **Optional overtime:** Fridays, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM or 5:30 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
