Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician responsible for performing service work and repairs on HVAC equipment. The successful candidate will troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and make necessary repairs, often working on rooftops and within various facility settings. This role requires climbing ladders and utilizing lifts.

Responsibilities

+ Perform service work and repairs on HVAC equipment.

+ Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems.

+ Make necessary repairs to ensure system functionality.

+ Work on rooftops and within facility environments.

+ Climb ladders and use lifts as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with service and repair of HVAC equipment.

+ Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting.

+ EPA Certification.

+ Experience with RTUs, chillers, water towers, VFDs, boilers, air handlers.

+ State Certified Journeyman card holder or equivalent experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with chilled water systems and blueprint reading.

+ Experience with preventive maintenance and installation.

+ Experience with refrigeration, cooling towers, and electrical components.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite at an industrial facility, specifically at the GM Tech Center. The role involves working in an industrial setting with a focus on HVAC systems.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Warren, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80080.00 - $80080.00/yr.
