Job Title: Assembly Technician

Job Description

Join our dynamic assembly team as an Assembly Technician, where you will play a vital role in installing cabinets, racks, and drawers into the back of Transit vans and other trucks. You will work closely with a team to ensure these installations meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities

+ Install cabinets, shelves, and drawers into Transit vans and trucks using air tools.

+ Follow detailed specifications to ensure customer satisfaction.

+ Perform repetitive tasks that involve bending, twisting, and kneeling.

+ Work efficiently on the assembly line to meet production goals.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

+ Experience in assembly and upfitting.

+ Ability to work in a team environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with general production processes.

+ Experience in similar assembly roles is a plus.

+ Personal protective equipment required: safety glasses and ear plugs (no steel-toed boots).

Work Environment

Work in a clean, non-climate-controlled facility with large garage doors for ventilation. Collaborate with teams of 5-10 contractors in an environment that prioritizes safety and teamwork.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
