Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as an assembler, where you will be responsible for the frame assembly of foam structures used in shipping doors. Your key tasks will include packaging, cutting, bagging, and folding materials, utilizing hand and power tools to add and secure brackets to foam structures, and working collaboratively in teams of 2-4 people. You will be expected to assemble 60 frames per day.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble foam structures for shipping doors.

+ Perform packaging, cutting, bagging, and folding tasks.

+ Use hand and power tools to secure brackets to foam structures.

+ Collaborate effectively in teams of 2-4 people.

+ Achieve a target of assembling 60 frames per day.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience.

+ 2+ years of production experience.

+ Familiarity with tape measures and assembly line processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in a unionized environment is a plus.

+ Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Work Environment

The facility is neat and clean, providing a comfortable work setting that is neither too hot nor too cold. The position is for the First shift, running from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Muskego, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
