Hiring for Industrial Maintenance Technician - $28-$33/hr

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our 3rd shift team. You will have the opportunity to work independently within a team of 10 on the 3rd shift. Depending on your experience, initial training may take place on the 1st shift for the first 30 to 90 days.

Responsibilities

+ Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in production machinery with minimal supervision.

+ Execute equipment repairs and adjustments to restore functionality and minimize downtime.

+ Log maintenance and repair activities in accordance with internal quality control procedures.

+ Set up, configure, and program manufacturing equipment for moderately complex production tasks.

+ Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and ensure consistent operation.

+ Conduct internal calibration of tools and devices to maintain accuracy and compliance.

+ Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials required for equipment servicing.

+ Assist engineering teams with technical tasks involving mechanical and electronic systems.

Essential Skills

+ Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.

+ Preventive maintenance expertise.

+ 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.

+ Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

+ Knowledge of automation, robotics, and PLC programming.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Two-year degree in Automation and Robotics, Mechatronics, or Electronics (preferred).

+ 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (required).

+ Experience working independently on day-to-day tasks in maintenance (preferred).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $68640.00/yr.
