Machine Operator
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and mechanically inclined **Machine Operator** to join our flexible packaging production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain converting equipment used for labeling and printing on packaging materials. You'll also handle mounting equipment and ensure cleanliness and quality throughout your shift. This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing and machine operation.
Key Responsibilities
+ Operate converting machines for flexible packaging production
+ Utilize and maintain mounting equipment to support print operations
+ Clean and inspect plates used as molds before each print run
+ Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality throughout the shift
+ Support production line tasks and ensure quality standards are met
Essential Skills
+ 6+ months of machine operation experience
+ 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting ability
+ Familiarity with assembly and production line processes
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Press Operator experience is a plus
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Dress code: steel toe boots, jeans or work pants (no holes), and a t-shirt
+ PPE provided: safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection
+ Shift schedules:
+ First Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
+ Second Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
