    Job Title: General Production Worker

     

    2nd shift Monday - Friday

    Job Description

    This role focuses on the continuous improvement of quality performance at the plant level, supporting operational areas by applying both internal and customer-specific requirements.

    Responsibilities

    + Enhance quality performance at the plant level through continuous improvement initiatives.

    + Support operational areas by applying internal and customer-specific requirements.

    + Conduct internal product and process audits, re-qualifications, and follow up on corrective actions.

    + Monitor operational quality performance systematically and manage Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs).

    + Plan and conduct incoming inspections.

    + Manage claims with customers and suppliers using internal and customer-specific standards, including customer portals.

    + Control and evaluate measuring equipment, including calibration and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).

    + Implement customer-specific requirements within quality documentation and update control plans and inspections.

    + Collaborate in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEAs) and develop, define, and control critical or significant characteristics, and define statistical methods like Statistical Process Control (SPC) and capability index (cpk).

    + Apply specific knowledge of customer-specific requirements according to the Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) Matrix.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing.

    + Proficiency in quality assurance, inspection, batch record, audit, visual quality control, and quality control in the automotive industry.

    + Basic user skills in SAP and advanced proficiency in MS Office.

    + Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as IATF.

    + Knowledge in certification and systems.

    + Fluency in English and local language at B1-B2 level, enabling spontaneous and fluent communication.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficient communication skills.

    + Ready-to-use knowledge in process management beyond the area of responsibility.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buford, Georgia.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
